Your Account
To start creating AI instances, you need an eckho account. Accounts are completely free to create — no credit card required. You can sign up using your email address or log in instantly with Google SSO.
Within your account, you can manage multiple bots, view your credit balance, top up, and access your full chat history via the Hub.
Account Limits
We limit the number of bots per account to ensure system stability and prevent abuse. Trial bots are fully functional — no features are locked during the trial period.
Packages & Plans
Your eckho account is always free. Bots, however, operate on subscription tiers based on their intended use.

Once a bot is activated for personal or business use — or once you top up your credits — it moves into a paid subscription tier.

What are Bots?
Bots are specialised AI instances that run exclusively on the knowledge you provide. Unlike general AI assistants, an eckho bot is a secure, private knowledge set — it does not reference the open internet, so your data stays yours.
Because it's powered by advanced AI, you can interact with it in natural, everyday language — no technical knowledge required.
Bot Types
Optimised for individual use. Ideal for students, personal knowledge management, journaling, or family use. Lower monthly cost.
Designed for higher-volume usage in professional environments. More credits per month and built for teams, advisors, and educators.
Credits & Cost
Credits are the currency of eckho. Using a bot via a shared App link or standard Chat is free. Actions like uploading content for training or using the Hub consume credits.
$1 = 1,000 credits — this rate applies to both subscriptions and top-ups. No hidden markups.
- Subscription Credits: Loaded on the 1st of every month (e.g. $5 = 5,000 credits for Personal, $10 = 10,000 for Business). These reset monthly — unused subscription credits do not carry over.
- Top-up Credits: Purchase more at any time in $5 chunks (5,000 credits each). Top-up credits do roll over month to month and never expire.
- Usage Order: Subscription credits are always used first, so you always get maximum value from your plan. Top-up credits only kick in once your subscription credits are exhausted.
- Transferable: Top-up credits are shared across all your bots — top up once and use the credits wherever you need them.
