Welcome to Eckho. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Eckho Bots, including participation in our Alpha Testing Program. By using Eckho, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Alpha Status

  • Eckho Bots are currently in an Alpha testing phase.
  • Features are experimental, incomplete, and may change or be removed without notice.
  • Performance, uptime, and availability is not guaranteed during this phase.

2. Participation and Approval

  • Access to the Alpha program is subject to approval by the Eckho team.
  • We may suspend or withdraw Alpha access at any time, for any reason.

3. Use of the Service

  • Access is provided for evaluation, feedback, and testing purposes only.
  • You are responsible for any content you upload, generate, or share.
  • You agree not to misuse the system, including but not limited to illegal, abusive, or harmful activity.

4. Data and Feedback

  • Information, content, or feedback you provide may be used to improve Eckho.
  • We may collect usage data (in anonymized form) for performance and development purposes.
  • Feedback submitted is voluntary and may be incorporated without compensation.

5. Privacy and Security

  • Reasonable security measures are in place, but confidentiality cannot be fully guaranteed during Alpha.
  • Do not upload sensitive, confidential, or personal data you cannot risk disclosing.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All software, systems, designs, and trademarks remain the property of Eckho and its operators.
  • Your use of an Eckho Bot does not grant ownership of any underlying system or intellectual property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

  • Eckho Bots are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
  • We disclaim all liability for loss, damage, or claims arising from use of the Alpha service.

8. Future Access and Pricing

  • Alpha access is free of charge.
  • Pricing and subscription plans will be introduced once public release begins.
  • Participation in Alpha does not guarantee free or preferential access in future releases.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time.
  • Continued use of Eckho after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

By using Eckho and/or participating in the Alpha program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
