Eckho ("we", "our", "us") provides tools to create personal and business AI agents.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information—including Google user data—when you use our website and services.
By using Eckho, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
2. Google User Data We Access
Eckho only accesses Google user data that you explicitly grant during Google Sign‑In.
Depending on your OAuth selections, we may access the following:
2.1 Basic Google Profile Information
- Name
- Email address
- Google Account ID
- Profile picture (optional)
2.2 No Sensitive Scopes
Eckho does not request or access:
- Gmail content
- Drive files
- Calendar events
- Contacts
- Google Analytics
- Any restricted or sensitive Google Cloud scopes
We only use the minimal OpenID / email scope required for authentication.
3. How We Use Google User Data
We use Google user data only for the following purposes:
3.1 Authentication
- To log you into your Eckho account
- To create a new Eckho account if one does not already exist
- To prevent fraudulent or bot registrations
- To allow linking/unlinking a Google account to/from your Eckho account
3.2 Account Identity
- To display your name and email inside your Eckho account
- To pre-fill your profile settings (non-editable unless you change them)
3.3 No Additional Processing
We do not:
- Sell Google data
- Use Google data for advertising
- Share Google data with third parties (except trusted processors such as hosting providers)
- Use Google data to train AI models
- Combine Google data with training data for your AI agents
Your Google data is only used to authenticate you into the Eckho platform.
4. How We Store Google User Data
- Your name, email, and Google Account ID are stored securely in our user database.
- Google data is encrypted at rest and during transmission (HTTPS/TLS).
- We store only the minimum information required to maintain your account.
- We do not store Google access tokens unless absolutely required, and we do not store refresh tokens for any purpose outside authentication.
5. How We Share Google User Data
We do not share your Google user data with:
- Third parties
- Advertisers
- External AI systems
The only exceptions are:
- Service providers who assist with hosting, security, logging, or authentication infrastructure. These providers are contractually required to protect your data.
We never sell or rent your personal information.
6. Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your Eckho account at any time by contacting us at info@eckho.ai.
When you request deletion:
- Your Google-linked identity will be permanently removed
- All Google user data in our system will be deleted
- Any AI training data YOU uploaded will also be deleted on request
7. Alpha / Beta Testing Conditions
7.1 Security & Confidentiality
- All training content you upload is kept strictly secure.
- Your data is never shared or used to train other AI systems without explicit written permission.
7.2 Early Access Conditions
As this is an alpha/beta stage product:
- Features may change without notice
- Some processes may be partially manual
- Output may be inaccurate or incomplete
- We may contact you for additional testing steps or feedback
7.3 Liability
You acknowledge that Eckho and Ragteck are not liable for losses or damages resulting from early access use. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
7.4 Your Rights
You may:
- Withdraw at any time
- Request deletion of your data
- Request export of your data
